Insight Subluxation Station!

New technology at LifeArts - Howard Chiropractic!

Dr. Julie Howard has joined the thousands of chiropractors who are turning to advanced technology to look more closely at your nervous system and your overall health!

You may have thought about seeing a chiropractor because you are in pain. However, my focus as a chiropractor is the function of your central nervous system. Some general information regarding the nervous system follows:

•  There are three primary branches of the central nervous system.

•  the sensory nervous system transmits pain to your brain

•  this only makes up about 8-12% of the nervous system -- so we should not focus on just the sensory nervous system to determine how healthy you are

•  the autonomic nervous system controls your organs, glands and blood vessels - all the activities you don't have to think about

•  the motor nervous system controls the muscles

•  We now have a computer that measures the two more important branches of the central nervous system , called the Insight Subluxation Station!

This graphic illustrates the branches of the nervous system. See how tiny the “bubble” is that represents the sensory nervous system?

Once you begin care here, Dr. Howard will discuss your history, perform the Insight Subluxation Station scans and other non-invasive tests, and make recommendations for your initial course of care. After you have been under care for approximately one month, we will re-scan you with the technology and check out your progression. We can then make recommendations for further care, if needed.

This technology helps us see how your body is functioning , not simply how you are feeling . Keep in mind that other members of your family and your friends also have nervous systems and should have them scanned to determine if they are functioning at optimum levels as well!

Rolling Thermal Probe (autonomic nervous system)

  sEMG Probe (motor nervous system)

Here is a sample case study sent to me by the Insight Subluxation Station people. According to the case history, on her first visit the patient reported that her MD had given her 6 months to live. She had been admitted to the ER on several occasions, and was taking daily doses of 9 medications.

The top two images are the initial sEMG and thermal tests. White bars indicate normal levels, green, blue and red colors indicate mild, moderate and severe abnormal function, respectively.

The middle two scans were performed one month later, after 12 visits. Patient was asymptomatic at this point, but saw need for more chiropractic care. The results- improved muscle tone and temperature balance- are evident in the bottom two images, 2 months after initial care.

Note: This patient was referred to the chiropractor by her daughter who “knew the clinic had the technology to truly discover what was causing her mother's loss of health.”
